FB-47 as a base, to blend in White Peony... what a lovely Peony Oolong.

Estate:  Chen's Tea Garden (MingJian, Nantou, Taiwan)

Altitude: 1300 ft


Crop: Summer 2013

Cultivar:  Si Chi Chun  (Four Season Spring)
Oxidation: 85% - 90%  (Exra High)
Rolling: Press Rolling
Leaf Style: Strip type
Aroma: Floral and a bit Cinnamon fragrance
Flavor: Natural malto sweet and layers of floral/fruity taste.   Very smooth and lingering finish
Liquor: Orange Red

Harmony Code: 3g, 5oz, 210F,  3 min  for the first infusion.
Second infusion can cut down to 1-1/2 min.
After third infusion, have a long steeping and pour over ice
to make freshly brew Peony Oolong Iced Tea.

Drink it plain...before and after meal.
Or, try with ooloong (red)
for Food Pairing:  Red Meat, Sea Food...
