With a trace of bitterness which compliments the toasty floral and lingering nutty fruit flavors after 30 hours of Classic Tung-Ting baking.
This tea base is a relatively higher
oxidized Jade Oolong. A select batch only completed a total of roughly 15 lbs. Selected for our Amber Jin Suang project to give this Jade Oolong a face-lift and developed a sensational Vintage Amber which can be collected and saved for great moments.
