Total 9-1/2 hours with light-fire baking.
Leaf Style: Semi-Ball rolled with few stems. (*we did additional picking on those stalks)
Aroma: Clean and Orchid floral aroma
Flavor: Slightly sweet with complex flavors, smooth and silky.
Great lingering finish.
Liquor: Golden green-yellow, Bright clear.
Harmony Code: 3g, 6oz, 205F, 5 min
Second infusion can cut down to 1 min with 205F.
On the third infusion, have a long steeping and pour over ice
to make freshly brew Gourmet Iced Oolong Tea.
Drink plain.
